These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and TransEd, the operators of the FIITJEE Bhubaneswar Student Learning Portal (the "Platform").
By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.
To access the Platform, you must complete the multi-step registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete details, including a valid phone number, school details, class, and a mandatory profile photograph.
If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to register and use the Platform. TransEd reserves the right to terminate accounts that are found to have provided false or misleading information during registration.
TransEd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, including tracking syllabi, taking mock tests, viewing performance analytics, and uploading doubts.
You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: scraping or extracting data, reselling course materials, sharing credentials, uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or using automated systems to interact with the Platform.
All contents of the Platform, including text, graphics, mock tests, software, logos, videos, and study material, are the intellectual property of TransEd, FIITJEE, or their respective licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights in any content by accessing it through the Platform.
📢 Core Ownership Clause
By uploading or submitting any content, profile details, comments, doubts, test responses, or photographs (specifically your mandatory profile photo) to the Platform ("User Content"), you grant TransEd an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any format, media, or channel now known or hereafter developed for operational, promotion, academic showcase, and marketing purposes.
You expressly agree that TransEd and its affiliates (including FIITJEE National and third-party technology/marketing service partners) may collect, process, and retain the information you provide during signup and throughout your usage of the Platform.
This processing includes sending you notifications, updates, promotional offers, newsletters, and marketing materials related to admission tests, new academic batches, and commercial educational products. We may contact you via email, mobile SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and app push notifications.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TRANSED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR ACADEMIC GOALS, THAT TEST PREPARATION MATERIALS REFLECT DEFINITIVE ACTUAL EXAMS, OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE AND UNINTERRUPTED.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TransEd, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violations of third-party rights.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, lawsuit, or arbitration arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
TransEd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
